Supporting your body through a new stage of life

Perimenopause and menopause are natural stages in a woman’s life. They come with hormonal changes that can lead to physical and emotional symptoms that vary from one woman to another.

Hot flushes, sleep disorders, joint pain, tiredness, mood swings or muscular discomfort can sometimes affect wellbeing and quality of life.

I support you with a whole-body approach combining osteopathy, tools from traditional Chinese medicine and personalised advice, to promote your comfort and help you live this period of transition more comfortably.

When to consult?

A consultation can be beneficial if you experience, in particular:

  • muscle or joint pain;
  • tension in the back, pelvis or neck;
  • sleep disorders;
  • stress or a heavy emotional load;
  • persistent tiredness;
  • difficulty recovering or regaining your energy.

Care is always personalised and takes into account your symptoms, your history and your expectations.

A whole-body approach

Every woman experiences perimenopause and menopause differently. That is why I take the time to assess all the factors that can influence your balance: tension in the body, sleep, stress levels, lifestyle and the changes linked to this period.

Osteopathy aims to improve the mobility of the body’s different structures and to support its capacity to adapt. Tools from traditional Chinese medicine offer a complementary approach to supporting this stage of life as a whole.

Where relevant, advice on lifestyle, breathing or simple movements may also be suggested to prolong the benefits of the sessions.

What happens during a session?

Each consultation begins with a conversation to understand the changes you are going through, the symptoms you feel and their impact on your daily life.

The treatment is then fully personalised. The techniques used are always adapted to your situation and your needs, with respect for your comfort.

My approach

Perimenopause and menopause are periods of transition that deserve attentive, individualised care.

My aim is to support you with a gentle, whole-body approach that respects your rhythm, to help you regain greater comfort, preserve your quality of life and approach this new stage with more serenity.
