Gentle support on the path to conceiving

Wanting a child is often an emotional time. Whether it is a recent project or a longer journey, body and mind can be put to the test.

Fertility yoga is a gentle practice that combines postures, breathing, relaxation and body awareness to offer a space for rest, refocusing and reconnecting with your body.

It can be practised on its own or alongside medical follow-up, osteopathic care or an assisted reproduction journey.

Who is it for?

Fertility yoga is for women who want to:

  • prepare their body for a pregnancy project;
  • live their menstrual cycle better;
  • rebuild a trusting relationship with their body;
  • reduce the stress and emotional load linked to the wish for a child;
  • support an assisted reproduction journey.

No prior yoga experience is needed.

A practice adapted to each woman

Sessions are built around gentle movements, breathing exercises, relaxation and visualisation.

The aim is to promote relaxation, improve body awareness and offer a moment to take care of yourself during a period that can be emotionally demanding.

Each session is adapted to your journey, your level and your needs.

Alongside your care

Fertility yoga does not replace medical follow-up where it is needed. It is part of a whole-person approach to women’s health.

Combined with osteopathy and, where relevant, tools from traditional Chinese medicine, it supports women by taking into account their body, their breathing and their emotional balance.

My approach

Because every journey is unique, I welcome you in a caring, non-judgemental setting, at your own pace.
